We just returned from our 2nd FAM trip to Sandals resorts. Last March we toured Jamacia resorts and this year we headed to beautiful St. Lucia! Bailey, Tutera and Cowie, Oh My!!

After the national conference of ABC(Association of Bridal Consultants), I can officially say I have personally enjoyed the presentations of all of these celebrity Event Planners! For the past three years, ABC has had Preston Bailey (2006 - Colorado Springs, CO), David Tutera (2007 - Orlando, FL) and Colin Cowie (2008 - Newport Beach, CA) as Guest Speakers for our annual conference. What an impressive line-up and what a wonderful way to learn from these masters. I also must not forget Mary Dann ('Who's Wedding is it Anyway' fame) who is an ABC member and also made a great presentation in Newport Beach, CA.

Signature Occasions is always present at ABC's national conference - we wouldn't think of passing up such a wonderful chance to enhance our education and stay 'on top' as to what is new and trendy in the wedding industry.

Time Is Flying AND So Are We!!!

I cannot believe it has been over a month since I last typed a Post!! The time is just flying by and we are busy visting with new brides-to-be and booking weddings for 2009!

Next Saturday we will be flying off to Newport Beach, California to attend the Association of Bridal Consultants National Convention. As dedicated, professional consultants we believe in continuing education and always strive to stay on the cutting edge of new happenings in weddings and events. Colin Cowie will be the celebrity presenter so we are expecting some great new ideas and tips for our upcoming weddings.
